Endless Summer:  Singing Ourselves To Beyond

Integral Choir Turns Up The Heat

Singing helps me to express myself and get my energy flowing out. I am new to singing so this sounded perfect to me. I also like learning more about integral theory and meeting new people.                                                                                                    -Lisa McKay, Choir Participant

The Integral Choir is a creative play space searching for your true voice and then offering a container to share it with others. Using a mixture of meditative and state based methodologies, I guide participants through sacred songs and movements using call and response. Participants will typically learn ten songs in an evening. The circle provides room to get to know fellow singers and to move and relax to the rhythms. Consisting of two- one hour sessions with a break between, followed by informal social potluck from 7 pm to 8 pm. Bring a dish to share if you can! No experience necessary to join the circle.

When: August 30th.  5:00 pm – 7:00 pm singing , 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm potluck social

Where:   Integrative Homeopathic Medicine,  863 Arlington Ave, Berkeley, CA

Costs: $10  suggested contribution .  Bring a dish or something to share for the potluck.    No one will be turned away.
